Thank you! I worked on this for several months to add as much as I could to make a convincing depiction.

I decided to replicate this M.B. 4500 Mobile Cook Truck. (Photo for reference). I chose the Brekina MB 4500 and the Van body from the Wiking Hanomag delivery Truck.
