Thanks for the comments ....yes, it is very sanitary. Down the road I will add some more details and a little patina to set it off.

A small effort with a big result. Stephan (sk45139) gave me the idea of creating the Dodge WC 63 from a pair of ROCO WC 53. Here is the progress so far...

Easy and good result

A little more progress...the rear wheel well has been recontoured, the canvas top has been stretched and the windshield is in place. If I continue in this fashion, my collection will be reduced by 50%....small price to pay to get a model that is not available on the market.

la bâche sur la cabine doit partir de l'extrémité du haut ..voir ligne rouge...
les ailes doivent être un peu coupées....voir ligne rouge....

Hi Marcel, Thanks for the advice...I'm afraid I have already got the paint on this one. I did modify the tarp a little before I painted it but the wings escaped me completely! After looking at the drawing I have It is as plain as the nose on my face! I don't know how I managed to ignore this detail for the two weeks I have been working on this. I will do better on the next one

Here is the final result. I am glad I was able to complete a much needed piece for my collection. A tip of the hat to Stephan (sk45139) for the inspiration and Marcel (pol19200) for his technical expertise.

Si je peux me permettre tu devrais y ajouter ses numéros de véhicules sur le capot et d'unité sur le pare chocs.
Il existe une planche de décalcs très pratique pour ça chez TL décalc sous le N°1425

L'Autocar est de chez H&K
Le Dodge est de chez Wespe model (pas terrible) amélioré par un bâche de chez l'Obsidienne.
Tout cela est introuvable aujourd'hui sauf le Wespe.

Hi JP and thanks for the comments. I tried to put the hood markings on and they kept falling apart...(old decals) then I went to TL website and they don't have the Decal sheet I need (1425). Do you have a source for the proper decals for the vehicle numbers? Your Wespe model looks pretty good...Paul Heiser also makes this model in Resin....I prefer to work with plastic and the detail seems a little more "crisp" to my eyes.
