Not only is it Wiking, but it is quite old Wiking. Notice on the bottom it is printed Germany with only the Wiking trademark on the bottom of the trailer bed. I have this version in my collection. Being of older production they tend to lack the finer detail of the newer models, particularly in the wheel sets on them....an easy remedy for that. I have not seen this type with a spare tire mounted in that fashion before, can you tell me if it is on a post or was it added by the previous owner? More recent versions of this trailer will have Wiking spelled out on both the frame and bed with no reference to Country of origin. I see this type of trailer regularly for sale on eBay between $7.00 and $10.00 USD.
