This was my first artillery tractor. I did this one back in the '90's and the airbrushing was an absolute nightmare. A lot of experimentation in thinning the colors so they would not run but could be sprayed at very low pressure to minimize overspray!!
I won't be doing another any ...

....for the Tiger Tank competition Henschel was the victor but there was a compromise. The Turret from the Porsche design was used on the Henschel chassis, thereby allowing Porsche a foot in the door in the manufacturing process. Such was not the case in the Ferdinand/Elephant ...

Hello Manu, this vehicle was called Nashorn or Rinosorus. It's intended purpose was anti tank self propelled gun.
ROCO did a fine job in producing the base model which allowed me to focus on the "details".
